Senior School
In our Secondary School, our classes seek to shape both the heart and the mind, guiding young people to discover the truth, beauty, and goodness throughout their learning. Through this Christ-centered approach, students come to see that creation was designed for God’s glory and our wonder. We deliver the requirements of Version 9 of the Australian Curriculum through a classical lens where every subject reflects the wisdom of our Creator, inviting students to understand His world more deeply so they can step confidently into their future lives as wise, loving graduates who serve one another and the community. We look past subject content to help students see connections across the disciplines such as history, literature, mathematics, and the sciences. Education is far more than academic achievement; it is the formation of moral character, emotional maturity, and a genuine affection for what is good. We encourage thoughtful discussion and critical thinking, supporting students as they engage with big questions from a firm biblical foundation. Therefore, students are equipped not just for future study, but to live purposefully—serving their communities with humility, articulate speech, and compassionate hearts.
Core Subjects
The discipline of learning is key to all future study and vocational choices, and this begins with the core subjects. Covenant seeks to engage students in their learning through practical, theoretical and creative exercises, encouraging them to become absorbed and inspired in the subject matter.
A Living Christian Worldview
Our goal is to cultivate character alongside intellect. As students make connections across every subject, their understanding of God’s world deepens.
We guide students as they form clear convictions about truth, goodness, and beauty. Through wisdom and eloquence, graceful writing, and lives lived faithfully to God’s glory, our desire is for our graduates to be prepared to step out into the world as courageous, thoughtful leaders as articulated in the Portrait of a Graduate.
